The Sparta gym is well-equipped and has an ample amount of space to work out. Modern machines and a variety of free weights to choose from are plus points for beginners. Trainers are friendly and guide you on how to perform exercises for results while avoiding injury, specially SUNIL is worth mentioning. Hygiene and cleanliness are well maintained. Yoga classes are really helpful for overall fitness.
